We appreciate being without your gadget is inconvenient and more so if you are dependent on it. To give you peace of mind when you need it the most, we have made the process of making a claim simple, straightforward and efficient.

How do I make a claim?
You can submit your claim online 24/7 by clicking on the make a claim button at the bottom of this page. 
 
What information do you need when I make a claim?
This will be dependent on the type of claim you are making and as you complete the claim online, the relevant information and documents will be requested. 
 
My phone was stolen, what do I do?
The first thing you need to do is call your mobile phone network and block and blacklist your phone so that it can’t be used. 
You will then need to report your phone stolen to the police within 24 hours of the incident and obtain a crime reference number which you will need to submit with your claim.
 
I have accidentally damaged my phone, what do I do?
Simply click on the Make a Claim button at the bottom of this page and complete the claim online. 
 
Will I need my receipt to make a claim?
Yes. When you make a claim, you will need to provide us with your proof of purchase in the form of your receipt from the retailer or mobile phone network you purchased your phone from.
 
Do I have to pay an excess fee when I make a claim?
Yes, you will need to pay your excess fee to complete your claim. Please refer to your policy documents for the excess fee on your policy.
