How do I make a claim?
You can submit your claim online 24/7 by clicking on the make a claim by logging into MY ACCOUNT.
What information do you need when I make a claim?
Depending on the claim you are making, we will request the relevant information and documents as you complete the claim online.
My phone was stolen, what do I do?
You first need to call your mobile phone network and block your phone.
You will then need to report your phone lost or stolen to the police within 24 hours of the incident and obtain a crime reference number which you will need to submit with your claim.
I have accidentally damaged my phone; what do I do?
You can submit your claim online 24/7 by clicking on the make a claim by logging into MY ACCOUNT.
Will I need my receipt to make a claim?
Yes. When you make a claim, you will need to provide us with your proof of purchase through your receipt from the retailer or mobile phone network you purchased your phone.
Do I have to pay an excess fee when I make a claim?
You will need to pay your excess fee to complete your claim. Please refer to your policy documents for the excess fee on your policy.
