Submit a claim online 24/7 at or email - if you need any support.
Theft or loss of any gadget must be reported to the police within 24 hours of the incident and you must obtain a crime reference number.
You must notify your mobile network to blacklist your handset within 24 hours of the incident and the insurance administrator, Warranty & Creditor Services within 48 hours of the incident by submitting a claim online.
Report the loss or theft of your gadget from the last known place where you think the incident happened.
A member of our customer support team will take you through the claims process and clearly explain what information or documents are required to assess your claim.
Once your claim is authorised and you have paid your excess, we will repair your gadget or send you a replacement. 
All claims are processed in the UK by Warranty and Creditor Services.
